What services does Spark Wellness offer?

We provide outpatient care, including IOP, mental health counseling, court-referred programs, and wellness education.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office to confirm your coverage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments may incur a $40 fee.

Is Spark Wellness licensed?

Yes, we are licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

CAPABILITY STATEMENT

Spark Wellness is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health Developmental Services (DBHDS)
to provide Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for substance abuse. Our mission is to support
individuals facing substance abuse and mental health challenges through accessible, evidence-based
treatment that fosters long-term recovery and community wellbeing. Additionally, we offer employment
assistance programs, individual and family services, as well as teaching and consulting services to
promote holistic support and resilience.
